The Muses are not responsible for delayed shipping times experienced by postal services/couriers and therefore shipping is not eligible for refunds. The Muses ensure that all shipped products will be properly and safely packaged - damage incurred in the shipping process as a result of mishandling by the postal service/courier is not the responsibility of the seller.
