If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The Muses are not responsible for delayed shipping times experienced by postal services/couriers and therefore shipping is not eligible for refunds. The Muses ensure that all shipped products will be properly and safely packaged - damage incurred in the shipping process as a result of mishandling by the postal service/courier is not the responsibility of the seller.
