If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Product(s) will be shipped within 2 days of purchase. Shipping costs and times are subject to buyer's location and shipping options chosen. The Muses are not responsible for delayed shipping times experienced by postal services/couriers and therefore shipping is not eligible for refunds. The Muses ensure that all shipped products will be properly and safely packaged - damage incurred in the shipping process as a result of mishandling by the postal service/courier is not the responsibility of the seller.
